Raydium migration

Migration mode: cpmm. The on-chain gate is ≥ 85 SOL in real curve reserves (net of the 1% trade fee), not your total gross spend in the UI. When that threshold is met, the next buy can lock the curve automatically if buys include the Raydium pool account (NEXT_PUBLIC_FRACTION_TRADE_INCLUDES_POOL must match your deployed program, and NEXT_PUBLIC_FRACTION_MIGRATE_LUT must reference an address lookup table that includes protocol-wide accounts plus this asset's Raydium pool + Fraction PDAs (from repo root on WSL: ./scripts/migrate-lut.sh ~/.config/solana/id.json then your coin mint and NFT mint base58; or see scripts/ensure-migrate-lut.tsfor manual env vars) so the migrate transaction fits Solana's packet limit. The migrate button uses two wallet approvals: first creates your WSOL and coin ATAs; second runs Raydium CPMM initialize plus lockCpLiquidity (legacy txs exceed Solana's size limit when combined into one packet). A fresh fee-key mint is generated in-browser and must sign the second transaction only. Pool seeding uses up to 20% of the fixed 1B supply (see program math) plus real SOL. Keep extra SOL for pool fees and rent.
